ITIL V3 Briefing

ITIL V3, which was launched on May 30th 2007, has a radically different
look and feel to previous models.
Felix Maldo has developed a senior management

Mark Flynn has
spent 24 years in the IT industry. In 1993 he became the 366th person to be awarded the ITIL Managers Certificate
by ISEB. Since then he has operated exclusively in the ITIL arena, as a practitioner, trainer and consultant. He has delivered
ITIL events on clients’ sites throughout the UK, Europe USA and the Far East.
