Mark Flynn, will be presenting on behalf of APMG at the itSMF Netherlands Conference on 27th Octoberr, where the title of his presentation is Cultural Change in 45 Mins.

Drawing heavily on published research outside of the ITIL framework, Mark's presentation combines academic theory with substantial practical experience of combating the forces of inertia and homeostasis to implement lasting cultural change.
